Dominic Bryan Roy's music takes his audience on a journey of emotions and leaves a lasting impact. His performances are known for their captivating storytelling, passionate vocals, and skilled instrumentation, making each live show a memorable and engaging experience for his fans
One of Dominic's notable attributes is his incredible whistling skills and the remarkable vibrato in his voice. His performances are infused with great energy and a touch of quirkiness that captivates the audience from start to finish. Additionally, Dominic occasionally incorporates the harmonica into his sets, showcasing the breadth of his musical talent.
Some of Dom B Roys accomplishments include;
placing second in the
Ill Fly Away Foundations songwriting competition.
Dominic was also a winner of Easthalls 15th anniversary giveaway recording session one song of which you can find on spotify labeled “Round Town Blues”.
Dom B Roy has played many festivals including:
Grateful Fest, Flux Fest, The Fairie Festival, The Insect Festival, Bear Hollow Hootenanny, & The Shrine Stage at Hilberry for Skye Pollards album release, in 2021 he competed with his old band "The Obnoxious Outros" in the one mic competition and won third place and the cash prize split amongst himself & his bandmates, but soon after the end of the competition Tim Carbone of Railroad Earth came up and said his vote for second place was us so Dom B Roy sort of wears that like a badge of honor
Dom B Roy has played many private parties/gigs/fish fries/jambalaya gatherings, & too many Crawfish boils to count on one hand as well as a plethora of venues in Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma but is not limited to only these areas Dom B Roy opened for local legend Nate Hancock at Georges Majestic and on a different date same place he opened for The Traveling Squirrels at Georges Majestic Lounge and he has also played many benefits for veterans, or those who have less than most,
His goals are to play more festivals, bigger events, and one day main stage at Hilberry, and he has shown no sign of wear or stopping anytime soon!
